We’re excited to introduce Rentals
 — now live via Private Beta
! A powerful new addition to HighLevel’s scheduling suite, purpose-built for businesses that manage bookable assets 
like equipment, spaces, vehicles, or event setups. Rentals give you full control over how availability is shown, how durations are priced, and how multiple resources can be booked together.

Whether you rent out by the hour, day, or week, the Rentals module is designed to give you flexibility, scalability, and a seamless booking experience.

Customizable Listings with Variants and Inventory
Create listings for each rental offering — define durations, quantity, pricing, and variants (e.g., size, equipment type, etc).

Support for Hourly, Daily, Weekly and Monthly Rentals
Configure bookings to be charged for hours, days, weeks, or even months — perfect for businesses with flexible rental needs. Set rules for fixed booking durations, lead times, buffer gaps, start times, and apply tailored pricing for each time unit.
Inventory Tracking & Availability Control
Manage how many units of each listing are available at any given time — whether it’s a single item or bulk inventory. The system automatically checks availability, prevents double bookings, and adjusts inventory in real-time as bookings come in.

Offer customers a streamlined booking experience with a dedicated public-facing booking page that displays your listings, categories, pricing and availability in real-time.

Revamped Calendar View
Built-in calendar view shows all bookings across listings and time in a unified view. Users can manage all the bookings from one place.

How to Use It

Navigate to
Calendars
> Calendar Settings > Rentals
to access the Rentals module
Create a new Listing
with a name and description. Set the
pricing
per
booking unit
(e.g.,
$50/hour
), and setup other booking settings as required.
Configure
business operating hours, payments
and other business-level settings in Global Settings
View Booking Page
— to experience the look and feel of your customer-facing website
Manage bookings
in the
Appointments List View
or
Calendar View
