Key Capabilities
- GBP Notifications– Once a Google Business Profile (GBP) is connected, users now receive a confirmation that Reviews AI is active, with the ability to adjust or disable it as needed.
- Granular Permissions– Accounts stay in control but can now allow locations to create and manage their own Reviews AI Agents.
- Agent Management– Locations (with permissions enabled) can create, edit, and manage agents directly.
- HIPAA Compliance– All AI-generated responses are now fully HIPAA compliant for all accounts that have HIPAA.
